December 1-3 we are inviting the Belonging House community to join us in fasting and prayer before our transition to Boston.
Over the past 8 years we have tried repeatedly to move into Boston. Each time an opportunity arose, a series of events would rise up against moving forward.
When I announced that an apartment opened up for me in Boston, some of the patterns from the past returned. One pattern is an attack on the supply lines to the ministry. Most notably, gifts promised not arriving, or being delayed so badly that when they arrive they can’t be used for their intended purpose. In order to move into Belmont I need an increase in support, and instead received a shocking drop in support.
After sharing this with our board, Ann Savastano sensed we needed to call for a period of fasting before my move to Belmont. The Lord was already speaking to me about regular fasting, and I have had the grace to do short fasts (miraculous, because of my medical situation). As a team, I need you to join me in going low and seeing a clear breakthrough as we enter Boston through the “back door.” I believe this apartment is the transitional step toward establishing our “Army base” in Boston.
The Lord has highlighted that the most important aspect of this fast is fasting from media. This includes television, movies, Facebook, Twitter, news, and radio. God wants us to tune out the other voices in this season and tune into what He is saying.
A number of our intercessors and board are committing to fasting from food for the three days. If this is difficult for you, refraining from meat, sweets, and alcoholic beverages is also a good way to participate.
Stop and Pray
Please stop and join us in prayer each day at noon. We will not be doing a conference call, but encourage you to agree with us in prayer.
This is will be a time focused prayer for Belonging House, and primarily for needs for our move into Boston, long term financial stability, and for the defeat of the ongoing witchcraft assignments against the ministry. We encourage you to make declarations during this time rather than “beg God.” Below are some key prayer points and scripture.
- That we would walk more and more into our identity and walk in increasing levels of obedience to the Holy Spirit.
- That we would tell the Belonging House story more effectively, and that God would move others to give generously. We rejoice that God is going to increase our monthly income to $5000.
- That the books and writing would increase, that all God’s promises about Mary: When God Shares His Glory would be fulfilled.
- That the growing community would have the support structure to sustain growth.
- That we would walk in increased favor with leaders, ministries, and governing officials in Boston and Massachusetts.
- That our partner ministries would share in this victory, having all their needs supplied, be in health, and see increase.
- That God would give us the next clear blueprints for raising the Army of Artists who build Jesus a throne in the earth.

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God (2 Corinthians 5:17-20).
